Allergies are believed to be the result of an immune problem, it is really the result of Metabolic Mayhem
The medical community blames the immune response to foods,bacteria, viruses, foreign substances called allergens, pollen, mold, pet dander, dust pollens as well as environmental exposures as the cause of allergic reactions. The immune reaction releases histamines in the body which causes a myriad of symptoms from rashes, itching, watering eyes and even anaphylactic reactions that can have caused deaths.
The immune system is not the cause as everyone believes, but it is the whole body process gone awry due to a weakening of our total body system some call Metabolic Mayhem.
