Hydrogen Peroxide Hoax (an acid that kills organic matter on contact (kills human cells) Oxidation of the body is the cause of poor health. Hydrogen peroxide is an acid like chlorine. Why anyone would ingest an acid that causes oxidation and kills flesh is unbelievable. Read the research reports below for proof that hydrogen peroxide is a caustic acid that kills rats, thus kills human cells and causes oxidation. The use of hydrogen peroxide for health is the most dangerous and deceiving hoax I have observed. A new campaign touting its health effects is branded as the "One Minute Cure." Alternative health practitioners and clinics have promoted it for years as a miracle cure of cancer and other diseases. I will attempt to debunk this terrible false promotion of hydrogen peroxide. First lets examine what causes metabolic stress, the new term for whole body failure. Scientist all over the world are reporting it is the fundamental cause of most diseases. Here is the point, the primary cause of metabolic stress is oxidation. Oxidation is the accumulation of rust coating the cells of the body and interfering with our cell function. This results in disease. And what is oxidation? An oxidant is an atom with an unbalanced pair of electrons such as 1,3,5 etc. An antioxidant is a balanced pair of electrons, 2,4,6 etc. To maintain proper health researchers are stating we need a ratio of 70% antioxidants to 30% oxidants. In this 30% oxidants some are helpful and some essential for our health. Primarily is oxygen which we cannot live without, yet it is an oxidant and from the minute we are born it leads to our eventual death. Our life span may be based simply on how we manage this oxidant of oxygen. Meaning the higher our balance of antioxidants the longer we will fight off the damage caused by oxygen. Hydrogen Peroxide is a very dangerous oxidant, caustic and acid that kills organic matter on contact. When it is poured on a wound and we see the bubbling effect it is because it is killing skin and everything it comes in contact with. Yes it also kills the infection and thus everyone thinks it is helpful. This is the key to the claims that it kills cancer. Yes it kills cancer but at the same time it is killing every organic matter it comes in contact with until it is diluted. It works the same as a back fire to stop a forest fire. Chemo therapy works on the same principle. Here is the problem; Who is testing and monitoring the body as this dangerous back fire is administered to insure it does not cause greater harm than good? At least with chemo doctors monitor the body very carefully. Chemo and hydrogen peroxide is the same as the back fire. Only with chemo experienced doctors with the best knowledge and equipment are monitoring the patient to prevent death. Cancer treatment with hydrogen peroxide in the U.S. is illegal but legal in Mexico. People who go to Mexico for hydrogen peroxide cures may come home cancer free then later die because the cure killed more organic matter than the body could recover from. Those who survive do so like playing Russian roulette. Using hydrogen peroxide to heal is playing Russian roulette with your life and health. Taking an oxidant is foolish and dangerous. It is a known acid and toxic substance. Instead look at the hundreds of antioxidants that science is proving can safely reverse oxidation and diseases. See the research referenced below and if you want to ingest a poison that is proven to cause oxidative stress and kill cells go for it. For me I cannot understand why anyone would risk their life and health with this toxic poison. If it bleaches hair what will is do inside our body? 1. Wickipedia "Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is a very pale blue liquid, slightly more viscous than water, which appears colorless in dilute solution. It is a weak acid, has strong oxidizing properties, and is a powerful bleaching agent. It is used as a disinfectant, antiseptic, oxidizer, and in rocketry as a propellant.[2] The oxidizing capacity of hydrogen peroxide is so strong that it is considered a highly reactive oxygen species...H2O2 is one of the most powerful oxidizers known—stronger than chlorine, chlorine dioxide, and potassium permanganate...The oxidizing capacity of hydrogen peroxide is so strong that it is considered a highly reactive oxygen species. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrogen_peroxide See chart below 2.International Labor Organization reguarding the Safety of Hydrogen Peroxide International Labor Organization 3. "Unique mode of cell death in freshly isolated adult rat ventricular cardiomyocytes exposed to hydrogen peroxide. Goto K, Takemura G, Maruyama R, Nakagawa M, Tsujimoto A, Kanamori H, Li L, Kawamura I, Kawaguchi T, Takeyama T, Fujiwara H, Minatoguchi S.Division of Cardiology, Gifu University Graduate School of Medicine, 1-1 Yanagido, Gifu, 501-1194, Japan. To address whether adult rat ventricular cardiomyocytes (ARVCs) exposed to oxidant stress die via apoptosis (secondarily by necrosis) or primarily by necrosis, we exposed ARVCs to hydrogen peroxide (H(2)O(2); 0.1-100 muM) for up to 24 h and then compared them with isoproterenol-induced apoptotic and Triton X-induced necrotic controls. Cellular shrinkage preceded plasma membrane disruption, reflected by trypan blue uptake in ARVCs exposed to lower concentrations of H(2)O(2) (<1 muM; an apoptotic pattern), but the order was reversed in cells exposed to higher concentrations of H(2)O(2) (>1 muM; a necrotic pattern). DNA fragmentation, caspase-3 activation, mitochondrial membrane potential preservation, and ATP preservation were all apparent in ARVCs treated with low H(2)O(2) (0.5 muM), but not in those treated with high H(2)O(2) (10 muM). In addition, electron microscopy revealed unique morphology in H(2)O(2)-treated ARVCs; i.e., the nuclei had a homogeneous ground glass-like appearance that was never accompanied by chromatin condensation. Apparently, high concentrations of H(2)O(2) caused primary necrosis in ARVCs, whereas low concentrations induced biochemically comparable apoptosis, although the latter did not satisfy the morphological criteria of apoptosis. These findings caution against the use of oxidant stress, H(2)O(2) in particular, as an inducer of apoptosis in ARVCs." PMID: 19536616 5. This study shows hydregen peroxide known as H(2)O(2) kills brain cells. "Brain-derived neurotrophic factor released from engineered mesenchymal stem cells attenuates glutamate- and hydrogen peroxide-mediated death of staurosporine differentiated RGC-5 cells. Harper MM, Adamson L, Blits B, Bunge MB, Grozdanic SD, Sakaguchi DS. Iowa State University; Ames, Iowa 50011, USA; Neuroscience Program; Department of Genetics, Development and Cell Biology; Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences. The pupose of this study was to determine the viability of cell-based delivery of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) from genetically modified mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) for neuroprotection of RGC-5 cells. RGC-5 cells were differentiated with the protein kinase inhibitor staurosporine (SS) and exposed to the cellular stressors glutamate or H(2)O(2). As a neuroprotective strategy, these cells were then co-cultured across a membrane insert with mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) engineered with a lentiviral vector for production of BDNF (BDNF-MSCs). As a positive control, recombinant human BDNF (rhBDNF) was added to stressed RGC-5 cells. After SS differentiation RGC-5s developed neuronal-like morphologies, and a significant increase in the proportion of RGC-5s immunoreactive for TuJ-1 and Brn3a was observed. Differentiated RGC-5s also had prominent TrkB staining, demonstrating expression of the high-affinity BDNF receptor. Treatment of SS differentiated RGC-5s with glutamate or H(2)O(2), produced significant cell death (56.0 +/- 7.02 and 48.90+/-4.58% of control cells, respectively) compared to carrier-solution treated cells. BDNF-delivery from MSCs preserved more RGC-5 cells after treatment with glutamate (80.0+/-5.40% cells remaining) than control GFP expressing MSCs (GFP-MSCs, 57.29+/-1.89%, p<0.01). BDNF-MSCs also protected more RGC-5s after treatment with H(2)O(2) (65.6+/-3.47%) than GFP-MSCs (46.0+/-4.20%, p<0.01). We have shown survival of differentiated RGC-5s is reduced by the cellular stressors glutamate and H(2)O(2). Additionally, our results demonstrate that genetically modified BDNF-producing MSCs can enhance survival of stressed RGC-5 cells and therefore, may be effective vehicles to deliver BDNF to retinal ganglion cells affected by disease."
