Every Business who signs up before December 31 2010 will receive a one year free listing. The listing will be good for the calendar year. We are testing this service and depending on how well it is received and how much traffic we can generate for our site will determine if we continue this service or if we will decide to charge for listings starting January 1, 2011. To list on our directory click our contact and send us your name so we know who we are working with and let us know if you do not want it to appear with your listing. Likewise we need your email address for communication with you but we will not list it if you do not want us to. If we list any email address it will be in a jpg file so robots cannot harvest it and spam you. Send your business name, phone number, full address, and web site address if you have one. We cannot be responsible for any issues related to your listing so be aware any information you want to appear on our list is at your risk not ours.

I hate all the legal mumbo jumbo required in our litigious world but must do so.

Submission of a request to list in our directory obligates you to the following terms.

We reserve the right to reject listings we deem unacceptable for any reason at our sole discretion and without consequence or liability.

Be aware we are testing this free service and reserve the right to delete it at any time. If our site obtains lots of traffic and interest we plan on charging for this service to help fund our site. We will not make that decision until it is worthwhile to you. We will not collect credit card info or any financial information with any free listing so you can be assured your listing with us will not cost you anything prior to the end of your years free listing or before January 1st 2011.

Having your listing on our site benefits us by providing a service to our visitors as well as some additional traffic it may generate for us. We welcome a back link from your web site to Herb-Directory.com but it is not a requirement at this time. Your listing will provide you an unknown amount of traffic at this time as well as additional credibility for being on our site. We make no guarantees relating to traffic, hits or exposure you may receive from listing on our site.

You agree that by having your list in our directory you hold us free of any liability, responsibility or endorsement. You may not use us as an endorsement or imply we endorse your service, unless we choose to write and post an endorsement. We reserve the right to remove any listing, adjust, change or delete this service at any time without consequence.
